Hello, my name is Kate. I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Limerick City, Ireland, offering in-person and online sessions. I am a graduate of PCI College, where I earned my BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, validated by Middlesex University. I am also a pre-accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).  

​Through compassion, curiosity and openness, my aim is to work with you to build a healthier relationship with yourself and gain a better understanding of  what has shaped you as a person. Life inevitably throws challenges our way, learning how and why we react gives us the tools we need to cope.
